Furthermore, based on legitimate interest, the hotel group will process the Client’s personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications about the products and tourist services provided by the data controller, all with the aim of offering a better service to the client.

However, the Client may at any time object to this processing without such objection in any way affecting or limiting the execution of the main contract.

The data controller undertakes to apply all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, guaranteeing compliance with the duty of professional secrecy as well as the obligations applicable under current regulations.

The duty of professional secrecy shall remain in force indefinitely even after the contractual relationship has ended.

The hotel group processes client information to manage the contractual relationship in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contracts, pursuant to Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

The client is informed that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be retained as long as the purpose for which they were collected remains valid and, in any case, until the expiration of the limitation periods for any legal actions arising from the contract's fulfillment, being blocked when they are no longer relevant to the fulfillment of such purpose.

Likewise, when deletion results from the exercise of the right to object as provided in Article 21.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the controller may retain the affected individual's identifying data when necessary in order to prevent future processing for direct marketing purposes.

The Client is informed that failure to provide the required information will make it impossible to subscribe to the contract. The Client may exercise their right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability through the Customer Service: Calle Aragón nº 71, Bajos, Ibiza, Islas Baleares, C.P.: 07800.

Ultimately, they may request information about their rights and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at Calle Jorge Juan, nº 6, 28001 Madrid.
